Role Overview
The Director of Sales & RevOps is a key driver of Brodie League’s athlete growth and revenue expansion. This is a high-performance leadership role for a builder who can create systems, scale people, and turn frontline staff into an elite, customer-obsessed sales force. You will own athlete growth across all Brodie League locations, increasing registrations, improving retention, driving add-on revenue, and unlocking new growth opportunities. The role sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, community, and operations.
Core Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership
Own sales strategy and revenue targets across all Brodie League locations
Build frameworks to increase athlete registrations, retention, referrals, and waitlist conversions
Develop and test pricing strategies, add-ons, upsells, and new revenue streams
Partner with Marketing to improve lead-to-registration conversion
Analyze athlete behavior to identify growth opportunities
Staff Training, Coaching & Performance
Build systems that increase returning athletes season‑over‑season
Create customer service scripts that turn staff into confident sellers
Implement follow‑up processes, customer lifecycles, and retention workflows
Coach staff to build relationships and deliver standout athlete experiences
Integrate sales moments into game‑night flow
Field Sales Systems & Playbooks
Develop Brodie League’s sales playbook used by League Managers and frontline staff
Design training programs, workshops, and role‑playing sessions
Build dashboards and performance targets by location
Review results weekly with District Managers and League Managers
Establish standards for outreach, follow‑ups, and closing techniques
Data, Reporting & Optimization
Track KPIs including signups, retention, referrals, and conversion rates
Build dashboards showing performance by location, staff member, and season
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
Present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to leadership
Requirements
7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in consumer, sports, retail, or multi‑location environments
Proven ability to build and scale high‑performance sales teams
Experience creating systems, scripts, playbooks, and repeatable processes
Strong understanding of customer psychology and service‑driven selling
Highly analytical and comfortable working with funnels and conversion metrics
Strong coaching and communication skills
Entrepreneurial builder mindset with comfort in fast‑paced environments
5 days in office at our Toronto HQ – Brodie League has thrived due to a culture of collaboration and teamwork in office
Compensation Disclosure
The expected annual compensation range for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000 CAD. Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs. The compensation range may be adjusted in the future.
