Senior Practice Consultant, PWM

Job Overview TD Wealth is looking for a Senior Practice Consultant to partner with high‑net‑wealth advisory teams to enhance practice performance and advisor effectiveness. The role will deliver coaching, process optimization, and tactical initiatives at the advisor and practice level, and serve as a subject‑matter expert in practice management across value proposition creation, discovery, planning, and investment management.

Key Responsibilities

Drive practice enhancement, engagement, and coaching with private wealth advisory teams.

Engage advisors in practice discovery and solution process, delivering solutions that harness the full scope of practice management.

Implement tactical practice management initiatives at the leader and advisor level.

Deliver thought‑leader content for larger groups as well as deskside, one‑on‑one, advisory and team engagements.

Equip local advisors to grow through greater efficiency and optimal practices covering prospecting, referrals, consolidation, brand building, value delivery, and team development.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering high‑net‑wealth advisory solutions.

10+ years sales leadership, coaching, training, or advisory experience.

Excellent presentation and coaching skills.

Forward‑looking thought leader with problem‑solving skills and practice optimization expertise.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence accountability.

Knowledge of TD Wealth products, systems, procedures, and structure.

Understanding of private wealth management business, regulations, and procedures.

Industry certifications such as CSC, IFIC, PFP, CFP, CFA considered an asset.

Coaching certifications (ACC, PCC) or consulting certifications (Kolbe, StrengthsFinder, DISC, Myers‑Briggs) considered an asset.
