The Vice President of Finance position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and holds strategic accountability to the Chief Executive Officer. The position is integral to the client and its subsidiary divisions, ensuring that all financial activities align with the organization's strategic goals. The responsibilities of the Vice President, Finance, include overseeing corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and risk management. As the principal financial advisor to the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors, this role ensures that financial strategies, systems, and controls are aligned to support the client's operational excellence and long-term growth. This strategic oversight is critical to maintain the client's financial health and to enable decision-making that supports its strategic direction. The role demands a strong leader who can offer strategic insights and oversight while managing day-to-day financial operations.
