We are seeking a seasoned

Senior Mobile Developer

to join our team as a high-impact contributor. This is a

mobile-first

role designed for a developer who has navigated the complexities of production‑grade applications and can take ownership of features, upgrades, and lifecycle management from Day 1.

We aren't looking for someone to learn on the job; we need a partner who has "been there, done that" with multiple native apps in the wild.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Feature Delivery:

Independently design, develop, and deploy complex features within our React Native ecosystem.

Architecture & Performance:

Optimize mobile application architecture, including state management, navigation, and offline capabilities, ensuring high performance and security.

Platform Integration:

Bridge the gap between React Native and platform‑specific fundamentals for both

iOS

and

Android .

BFF Integration:

Work closely with Backend‑for‑Frontend (BFF) layers, specifically

Firebase , to manage authentication, push notifications, and real‑time data syncing.

Lifecycle Management:

Own the full delivery pipeline—from CI/CD and environment management to App Store/Google Play releases and production troubleshooting.

Core Requirements

Proven Production Track Record:

You have successfully delivered and supported multiple native mobile applications (not just hobby projects or single‑app tenures).

React Native Mastery:

Deep, hands‑on experience in production environments, including version upgrades and native module integration.

Native Fundamentals:

A solid grasp of the iOS and Android lifecycles, platform constraints, and UI/UX standards.

Backend Savvy:

Experience integrating with Firebase or similar BFF architectures.

Zero‑Ramp Productivity:

The ability to audit a codebase, understand technical decisions, and start contributing fixes or features with minimal onboarding.

Assets to Have

Web Fluency:

Strong experience with

Angular

or responsive web design. While this is a mobile‑first role, the ability to pivot to web‑based features is a significant plus.

DevOps Mindset:

Experience fine‑tuning CI/CD pipelines specifically for mobile deployment.
