As a Banking and Employee Benefits Advisor ··, you will be responsible for advising our colleagues on the personal financial aspects and employee benefits offered by the Bank. Your job •Listen to needs and resolve complex situations. •Advise employees··on the benefits available, such as group insurance, wellness dollars, health spending accounts, tax impacts, banking and credit products, pension plans, investments and the Employee share ownership Plan (ESOP). •Offer comprehensive advice on employee benefits, taking into account employees' personal goals and life stages··and going beyond the colleague's initial request. •Advising employees··who are newcomers to Canada on the basics of Canadian financial literacy (including RAMQ) •Provide advice and recommend personalised solutions to employees to meet their banking, investment, personal financing, insurance and estate planning needs, including advice on employee benefits. •Ensure employee satisfaction and engagement ·· •Refer employees··to our Synergy specialist colleagues for their specific needs. •Ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed.

Your work schedule for this team can be Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 20 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 18 p.m. (on rotation) and based on the team's operational needs. The position is based on an on-site work arrangement. Any potential for a hybrid work model is assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on business needs and applicable eligibility criteria, and does not constitute a condition of employment.

Prerequisites •College diploma (DEC) or equivalent •Approach and level of advice similar to a banking advisor D - no upgrades will be provided for personal finance, including products and services •Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) licence •Be autonomous and very comfortable working in an environment where processes and procedures are to be defined •Developing employee benefits advisory expertise, training will be provided •Advisory experience, inclusive attitude and respectful behaviour

Languages: English, French Reason for requiring this language: to regularly serve clients who speak a language other than French.
