The Business Development Director -- Contractor Rewards plays a central role in expanding BI Worldwide Canada's Coalition Marketing Group by identifying, engaging, and securing new sponsor organizations. This role is responsible for penetrating targeted accounts, developing a deep understanding of each customer's business and industry, and building the credibility and trust required to introduce and sell our Canadian coalition loyalty marketing and platform. Success in this role requires a disciplined, relationship-driven approach and the ability to position BI Worldwide as a strategic partner within the Canadian contractor and manufacturing landscape.
Using your strong selling skills, you will attract prospective sponsors and inspire them to engage in meaningful conversations about their growth priorities. Through thoughtful outreach, well-structured meetings, and compelling presentations, you will help customers understand how participation in the coalition program can deliver measurable business value. Your ability to present clearly and confidently to senior leaders and large groups will enable you to influence decision-making and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
You will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing target accounts, generating and leading customer meetings, and building strong, professional relationships across key stakeholders. By developing a thorough understanding of each customer's strategy, competitive environment, and operational needs, you will tailor your approach to align our solutions with their business objectives. Your relationship‑building skills will be essential in establishing long‑term partnerships and earning the trust required to successfully close new business.
This role requires strategic thinking and personal accountability. You will develop and execute account strategies, manage your sales pipeline and forecast with discipline, and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the Canadian coalition program. Your analytical skills will support thoughtful planning, accurate forecasting, and effective decision‑making, while your strong work ethic will ensure consistent execution and follow‑through.
As a representative of BI Worldwide Canada, you will also participate in key customer meetings, presentations, and industry interactions, contributing to the organization's reputation for professionalism, insight, and partnership.
