Become the architect of our physical brand identity. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Brand Management, this newly created strategic role places you at the heart of our national evolution. More than a management position, this is a rare opportunity to build the foundation of a unified brand experience from coast to coast. You will be the driving force behind bringing our brand vision to life-translating strategic direction into concrete, tangible execution across every one of our service centers throughout Canada. Ensure every service center fully embodies our brand identity

Modernize and redefine retail brand standards

Develop and execute an impactful merchandising strategy

Deliver a consistent and memorable brand experience

Oversee flawless field execution nationwide

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Environment Strategy & Design

Redefine Standards:

Establish clear guidelines for retail marketing and in-store design (materials, color palettes, furniture, lighting, layout).

Drive Innovation:

Lead the strategy and deployment of product and service presentation within the customer journey.

Ensure Adaptability:

Develop flexible concepts that adapt to regional realities (Quebec vs. Rest of Canada) while preserving national brand integrity.

2. Brand Activation & Merchandising

Sales Enablement Tools:

Develop a compelling merchandising strategy for products and services (signage, displays, wall graphics, etc.).

Go-to-Market Leadership:

Create creative briefs and secure alignment with key stakeholders (Customer Experience, HR, Operations).

Agency Management:

Partner with external agencies to translate strategic vision into effective, high-impact creative solutions.

3. Governance & National Rollout

The Retail Playbook:

Develop and maintain accessible retail standards guides on internal platforms to support field execution.

Network Alignment:

Ensure brand consistency across corporate and franchised service centers.

Advisory Role:

Act as the subject-matter expert for special cases, renovations, and major branch transformations.

4. Leadership & Operational Impact

Team Leadership:

Coach and support the Retail Brand Activation Project Lead responsible for on-site support during openings and renovations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with Real Estate, Operations, and Marketing to ensure technical feasibility and operational alignment.

The Ideal Profile: Where Vision Meets Execution

Experience:

6-10 years in retail marketing, retail environment design, or retail brand management.

Dual Mindset:

You combine a “brand brain” (protecting brand DNA) with an “operational brain” (understanding physical constraints, materials, installations, and timelines).

Builder Mentality:

Comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing structure and rigor to processes.

Exceptional Communicator:

Fully bilingual (French/English), able to collaborate across Canada.

Project Management Expertise:

Proven ability to manage budgets and multiple concurrent initiatives.
