Our Talent & Engagement team is embarking on an exciting year focused on embedding new process and continued innovation. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to contribute to our recruitment and engagement strategies, with particular emphasis on collaborating to deliver our RSE recruitment.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment strategies to engage and recruit a diverse workforce. This includes helping to coordinate and deliver end to end recruitment to hire our Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) team members as well as our local teams. This role leverages your strengths and supports your skill development. Based at our Whakatu Recruitment Office, you will learn the different systems and processes we use to recruit the best seasonal, RSE and permanent hires for our business. This includes involvement in all stages of the recruitment cycle; including employer branding, sourcing, assessment, offer management, hiring and partnering with stakeholders through out. You will also be responsible for delivering a variety of administrative tasks and it’ll suit if you are well-organised and pay close attention to detail.
Your role will be varied daily and include:
Help to man out recruitment reception during out busy hiring season
Source, screen, and recruit top talent for Mr Apple
Support seasonal recruitment programs, including returnees, fixed term, and casual team members
Assist with RSE (Recognised Seasonal Employer) recruitment in collaboration with the Talent & Engagement Manager, including some travel for offshore recruitment across the Pacific
Contribute to onboarding, induction, and training for new team members
Manage invoices and provide general administrative support as required
What you will bring
Previous administration or recruitment experience in a similar field
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and comfortable with change
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
You are organised, process oriented and have a high attention to detail
A calm, resilient approach when working under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proven experience picking up new systems
Knowledge of pacific cultures and/or languages would be highly advantageous
