Job Description

Job Description We are currently hiring for the role of Billing Coordinator. In this position, you will support our Finance Team in managing the day‑to‑day activities of the business such as customer billing, accounts receivable, maintaining vehicle records, damage tickets, and coordinating with our operations and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain our customer billing tickets and payment processing

Accounts receivable collections – track payments and follow‑up on outstanding balances

Process customer ticket and toll charges

Support team on all customer activations, cancellations, and contract changes

Prepare, match, and track customer damage claims and charges

Review and process customer returns and coordinate with team members to quickly expedite customer refunds

Maintain up‑to‑date company records such as inventory, vehicle records, and accounting entries

Assist with ad‑hoc projects

Requirements

Demonstrates high organizational skills

Understands the importance of maintaining up‑to‑date data records

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience working in a start‑up environment considered an asset

Willingness to learn and build processes as we grow/scale

Data Entry

Attention to detail

Accounts Receivable Collections & experience speaking with consumers on Accounts Receivable Matters

Microsoft Excel and Word

HubSpot and Zendesk experience (an asset)

Float expense platform experience (an asset)
