PERFORMING ARTISTE MANAGER

Responsibilities

To negotiate contracts for local and foreign performing artistes.

To schedule performance schedule and sets for performing artistes.

To plan monthly events with themes.

To source for suitable stage costumes for performing artistes.

To boost the morale of performing artistes and monitor their performance standard.

To orientate and train new performing artistes.

To source for suitable performing artistes every quarter and may need to travel overseas for this aspect.

To achieve a high standard of performance by the performing artistes.

Job Requirements

Possess a high level of communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Has relevant experience or experience as a performing artiste.

Able to work additional hours beyond the working hours.

Able to work late hours from 9.00pm to 5.00am daily.

Able to work on public holidays and attend rehearsals beyond working hours regularly.
