General Manager- Full Service

We are seeking an experienced, performance-driven General Manager to lead a large, full-service Marriott hotel. This role requires a proven leader with a minimum of 3-5 years of General Manager experience within a full-service Marriott property. Experience managing complex hotel environments, including collaboration with established Food & Beverage leadership teams, is essential.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience leading a large, full-service Marriott hotel and demonstrates a strong track record of performance in complex operating environments. They are a strategic, disciplined operator who effectively balances guest experience, associate engagement, and asset performance, while ensuring strict adherence to Marriott brand standards, compliance requirements, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership across Rooms, Sales, Finance, Engineering, HR, and Food & Beverage.

Drive profitability through disciplined financial management, forecasting, and cost control

Ensure consistent achievement of Marriott brand standards, audits, and guest satisfaction metrics (GSS, BSA, QA)

Support and hold the F&B leadership team accountable for revenue growth, guest experience, and margin performance

Build and sustain a positive, accountable, and performance-driven staff culture

Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to optimize ADR, occupancy, group, and catering performance

Maintain strong ownership and management company communication and reporting

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager

at a

full-service Marriott property

Experience leading

large hotels (300+ rooms strongly preferred)

Demonstrated exposure to full-service operations, including oversight of independent F&B leadership teams

Strong financial acumen with full P&L accountability
