Manufacturing Engineering Lead
Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineering Lead, you will drive capital and process development projects, lead a team of Production Engineers, oversee installation, maintenance, and improvement of production lines, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
Lead the production engineering department, drive functional excellence.
Apply continuous improvement principles (lean techniques, root‑cause analysis, 8D approach).
Select efficient processes and equipment for new products.
Develop qualification and validation plans, protocols, and reports.
Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate procedures and documentation.
Implement and manage KPIs, provide progress presentations to management.
Manage, motivate, coach the team and drive departmental budgeting.
Contribute to new business initiatives and maintain cross‑functional interfaces.
Comply with HSE policies and update company records such as training matrices.
B.E./B.Tech in electronics/mechanical/production (10+ years’ experience, medical device or automotive).
Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt with proven projects (preferred).
Experience in PCBA processes, SMTA, Through‑Hole, NPI, and validations (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Proficiency in PFMEA, lean manufacturing, statistical tools, Mini‑Tab (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
Experience in ERP platforms (Navision or D365).
Knowledge of AutoCAD and industrial engineering activities.
District Territory Manager – Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Key Responsibilities: Represent Cardio‑Diabetic segment in South and North Chennai, engage professionals, achieve sales targets and drive territory growth.
Graduation in Science or Pharmacy.
Minimum 3 years as a Medical Representative or 2 years as a 1st‑line manager.
Age limit up to 35 years.
Industrial Relations Manager – Goodyear Ballabgarh Plant
Key Responsibilities: Lead harmonious industrial relations, negotiate, handle grievances, manage wage administration, and ensure statutory compliance.
12+ years in Employee & Industrial Relations in a plant environment.
MBA/PGDM in HR/IR or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of labour laws (Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act).
Proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, grievance handling.
Experience with large manufacturing setups with union interactions.
Zonal Sales Manager – Zimmer Biomet (Recon)
Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales objectives, mentor new colleagues, conduct workshops, manage proposals, and maintain customer relationships.
B.Pharma, Business, Marketing or Paramedical discipline.
10–12 years experience in medical device or pharma sales (orthopedics preferred).
Strong commercial acumen, result orientation, team leadership.
District Service Manager – Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor service KPIs, deploy quality policies, manage dealer relationships, and drive business profitability.
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
Experience in automotive industry with dealership operations.
Strong understanding of after‑sales service management.
Manager, Engineering – District Cooling System (DCS)
Key Responsibilities: Design centralized chilled water plants, prepare cost estimates, perform life‑cycle cost analysis, and oversee tender documentation.
Strong expertise in mechanical design for HVAC/chilled water.
Experience in MEP/HVAC/Utilities or Real Estate sectors.
Proficiency in design tools, CFD, and basic electrical understanding.
Assistant District Manager – BVG India Ltd.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, documentation, fleet management, grievance redressal, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
Proven experience in operations and team management.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving and growth mindset.
Willingness to travel 60–75% of the time.
Zonal Sales Manager – IDEM ARDx Infectious Disease Emerging Markets
Key Responsibilities: Plan sales strategies, manage account executives, deliver training, and provide sales reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
7–10 years of successful medical sales or related experience.
