We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented
Murex Release Manager
to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate changes deployed to Murex UAT and production environments, ensuring compliance with documentation, testing, and governance standards. You will play a critical role in release coordination, change control, and adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate releases for Murex UAT and production environments, ensuring changes are deployed effectively
Oversee compliance with governance, testing, and documentation standards for all releases
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth release processes and align priorities
Monitor and enforce change control processes to maintain system stability and minimize disruptions
Plan release schedules and communicate updates to teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Facilitate risk assessments and handle escalations related to release management
Document and maintain detailed release notes, making them accessible to relevant teams
Conduct post‑release reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
Coordinate testing and validation processes to verify the stability of deployed changes
Support regulatory and industry compliance requirements throughout the release process
Drive continuous improvements in release management practices to optimize workflows
Requirements
Experience supporting releases within Murex
Release or change management coordination experience
Strong understanding of production governance, documentation, and testing controls
Basic Murex configuration knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Nice to have
Experience working within test or UAT environments
Familiarity with financial services or capital markets technology environments
Prior exposure to production support or environment management

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$93,000 - CA$150,000.
