Lead and grow the Structural Engineering division in Calgary Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing structural team Drive business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships across Alberta Take ownership of project delivery, financial performance, and quality control Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects Contribute strategically to the firm’s long-term growth plan in Alberta What We’re Looking For

10–15 years of structural design experience within the building consulting industry Strong technical expertise in building structural systems (steel, concrete, wood) Experience across commercial, residential, and/or institutional projects P.Eng. designation with APEGA Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interest in leadership and team building Existing client relationships or network within Alberta is a strong asset Ambition to grow into a Principal-level role Why This Role?
