YOUR ROLE
As Passenger Services Agent/ Multi location, you are the first contact with our customers. You will, among other things, issue tickets, prepare boarding passes, check luggage and work at boarding gates. You will provide customer services related to various enquiries regarding rates, look for lost luggage, cargo acceptance, help passengers requiring assistance, order meals, assist with ramp duties such as load and offload bags when necessary , maintain and prepare daily operational reports and all other requests in order to ensure that our customers have the most enjoyable experience possible.
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
• Two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a Passenger Services Agent, or in customer services role and ideally, in the field of aviation.
• Willing to travel for work.
• Able to use the computer tools put at your disposal efficiently.
• Consistently offer distinctive customer services.
• Know for your punctuality and ability to multitask.
• Motivated, enthusiastic and energetic, contribute positively to the team spirit.
• Bilingual (French and English), you have excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the Cree language is an asset.
