If you are passionate about hospitality, business development, and corporate events, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategies of the sales teams. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analyses, they will develop and implement sales strategies. Responsibilities

Develop and implement the groupโ€™s sales strategies. Prepare operational and financial reports for the sales department. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals. Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team. Directly coordinate crossโ€‘selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize visibility and profitability. Monitor performance and optimize revenue. Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience, with proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality or event management. Over 3 years of team management experience. Over 5 years of sales experience. Strong multiโ€‘site leadership skills and strategic mindset. Resultsโ€‘oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual (French and English) for smooth communication with clients.
