Responsibilities Your Role

Coordinate end-to-end release cycles for new features and improvements

Facilitate effective communication by scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and managing action items

Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility

Collaborate with various resources in multiple locations and time zones.

Ensure risks and issues are identified, tracked, and escalated

Identify and document detailed requirements as required for initiatives

Assist in platform testing and review of configurations and new developments

Support process improvement initiatives across the organization

Stay updated on evolving business needs to refine and optimize the platform accordingly

Ensure best practice/Industry standards (set by Citco) are being followed

Ensure proper organization and access management for digital resources

Contribute to data-driven insights for informed decision‑making

Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence

Qualifications About You

Bachelor's degree in a related field

5+ years in Project Management experience with demonstrated responsibility and ownership of projects, preferably in financial domain

Experience collaborating with a team distributed across the globe

Self‑starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role

Proven time management capabilities

Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills

Advanced MS Office suite skills in particular Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Assets/nice‑to‑haves:

Experience in the fund administration industry

PMP Certification

Lean Six Sigma Certification

Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

Experience with BPM tools, Visio, SmartSheet, Qlik, PowerBI, Databricks

Understanding of how BPM, CRM and BI tools operate
