Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Integration Lead with strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP. The ideal candidate will drive end‑to‑end integration solutions, lead technical teams, and oversee the design, development, and deployment of integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems. This role requires deep hands‑on experience in SAP CPI, integration architecture, and cloud‑based SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle SAP integration projects from requirement gathering, design, development, testing, to go‑live and support.
Architect, design, and implement complex integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PI/PO, and SAP BTP services.
Configure and manage integration flows using SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JMS, AS2, and other adapters.
Implement message mappings, value mappings, routing, and exception handling for secure and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define integration requirements and ensure solution alignment.
Ensure integration security, including authentication, encryption, and access control.
Maintain System Landscape Directory (SLD), transport configurations, and deployment best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration issues.
Mentor and guide junior integration consultants, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to integration standards.
Stay up‑to‑date with SAP BTP Integration Suite advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and provide post‑go‑live support.

Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
8+ years of experience in SAP integration, including multiple full‑cycle SAP CPI implementation projects.
Hands‑on experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP PI/PO, and SAP BTP services.
Strong expertise in integration architecture, API management, middleware, and cloud‑based integration solutions.
Experience with SAP backend systems like S/4HANA, ECC, and integration with non‑SAP systems.
Knowledge of EDI, B2B transactions, and third‑party system integrations.
Strong experience with adapters: SFTP, HTTPS, IDoc, RFC, SOAP, OData, AS2, JMS.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, Groovy, and JavaScript for custom integration logic.
Good understanding of networking, security protocols, and SSL configurations.
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and experience in leading technical teams.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experience with API Management, Event Mesh, and BTP‑based integrations.
Exposure to integration with third‑party cloud platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.
Experience in S/4HANA integration projects and hybrid cloud integration landscapes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and integration monitoring tools.
