BOYNECLARKE is seeking a thoughtful and people-focused

Accounting Manager

to join their Finance team. In this newly created leadership role, you’ll manage a team of six accounting professionals and play a key role in optimizing operations, supporting financial reporting, and helping implement a new accounting system.

As a trusted partner to the Director of Finance, you’ll lead with empathy and accountability, fostering team performance, refining processes, and bringing structure and clarity to a high-paced environment.

What You’ll Do: Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of six Strengthen internal processes, workflows, and financial controls Support internal reporting, audit prep, and policy alignment Collaborate across departments to deliver clear and actionable financial insights Contribute to the firm’s upcoming system implementation and process transformation

What You Bring: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team management Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Comfort managing diverse personalities with professionalism and empathy CPA designation (or in progress) is an asset but not required Legal or professional services experience is a bonus, not a must
