About the Team & Business Line:
The Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to transform our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs.
As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
As part of the Transformation Office, you will be working as a Senior Business Support Analyst and will provide day-to-day operational, technical, and analytical support for Private Markets teams leveraging the Yardi and Investran platforms. The Senior Business Support Analyst will also provide advanced operational, technical, and analytical support. Serves as escalation point for complex issues and leads cross‑functional initiatives. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Private Markets (e.g., Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure), as well as a working understanding of fund accounting principles. The analyst will serve as a liaison between the business and technology teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable platform utilization in support of investment operations, fund administration, and financial reporting.

Qualifications
About You:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance
3 + years’ experience in Fund Accounting and FA Systems
5 + years’ experience in Financial Services
Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong inter‑personal, negotiation and mediation skills
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize amid competing timelines and priorities
Strong Analytical skills
Proven complex problem resolution
Preferred
Strategic thinking, team leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, process improvement
Professional certification or coursework in accounting or investment operations
Experience working in or supporting fund accounting or finance teams
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL‑based environment
Salary Range:
CAD $108,000 - 140,000

Responsibilities
Your role will consist of the following functions:
Act as the primary escalation point for business users regarding issues and inquiries related to Yardi
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues
Oversee system upgrades, patch testing, and platform enhancements
Ensure data quality and consistency across platformsSupport and review audit processes, regulatory filings (Form PF, AIFMD)
Interpret investment performance data, fee structures, and fund hierarchy reporting
Model and track fund performance metrics (TVPI, DPI, RVPI)
Assist in setup/maintenance of fund chart of accounts, journal entries, GL postings
Prepare and verify financial/operational data for audits
Deliver training sessions and onboarding for new hiresSupport month‑end/quarter‑end close processes
Deliver advanced training and documentation
Mentor junior staff and facilitate cross‑training
Collaborate with IT, Product, and Client Onboarding teams on technology projects and process improvements
Participate in governance and process optimization initiatives
