Overview
We are hiring for a Sales Lead to join our growing team at Ampliphi in Toronto!
Ampliphi is an AI-powered revenue management solution for smarter hotel pricing. Our AI-driven solutions are designed and built to optimize pricing, boost profitability, and simplify operations effortlessly.
As the Sales Lead at Ampliphi, you will play a pivotal role in driving new sales revenue growth, managing the entire sales lifecycle. You will proactively identify and engage target accounts through outbound sales campaigns, networking, market research, and building a steady flow of new business opportunities. You will qualify new business prospects by assessing their wants and needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure a strong and healthy sales pipeline. You will own the full sales cycle, leading discovery calls, delivering product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing, and closing new business.
In this position, a hunter sales mentality and collaboration are key, as you will work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, share market insights, and help shape the product roadmap. You will be responsible for pipeline management, maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting deals, and tracking key metrics such as conversion rates and revenue progress. As Ampliphi grows, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team expansion, assisting with hiring, training, and mentoring new sales team members while building the foundation for a scalable sales organization.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Toronto, working in a hybrid work model!
What Your Day Will Look Like
Identify and engage prospective clients via outbound sales efforts
Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand dealership needs
Focus on introducing and selling Ampliphi new AI-powered products to customers, demonstrating value in improving operational efficiency and performance
Manage the full end-to-end sales process and transition leads smoothly to onboarding
Support new clients through setup, activation, and first results
Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead activity and engagement within our CRM platform
Use CRM tools to track performance and optimize outreach strategy
Act as a product expert and trusted advisor on Ampliphi capabilities
Provide feedback from the field to help shape Ampliphi AI roadmap
Understand Ampliphi AI product and service offerings and communicate their value to various stakeholders across the hospitality ecosystem
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
About You
5+ years' proven experience in a new business development sales role within a SaaS, Technology or AI business is essential
Strong New Business Sales Hunter mentality is essential
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced B2B environment
Deep experience and understanding with full sales cycle management, complex deals, and enterprise-level customers
Strong hunter sales mentality with drive, and ambitious for results and uncapped OTE potential
Curiosity and understanding of AI Technology is strongly welcomed - experience with AI-driven solutions is a plus
Quick learner with the ability to absorb industry knowledge and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with autonomy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
A passion for innovation, technology, and modernizing outdated processes
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with forecasts, metrics, sales modelling, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented, proactive, and resilient - ideally in high-growth or startup environments
Experience in revenue management, pricing, analytics, or related domains is a plus
Familiarity with North American markets and buyers (ideally in the hospitality industry)
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
Legally authorized to work in Canada
