POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a full-time doorman for our buildings in Montreal. Are you known for being versatile, customer-service oriented, and highly organized? You are the person we need! As a member of the administrative and maintenance team, the doorman's main function is to ensure the security of the building.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures

All other related tasks

Carry out minor maintenance interventions (open doors, change mailbox locks, change lights, etc.)

Clear or salt exterior entrances

Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior

Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas (keep the lobby, mail room and elevators clean)

Inform the immediate superior of the needs of the building (maintenance, service, etc.)

Knowledge of fire safety rules

Monitor the building at all times (tours of the building, check cameras, alarm panel, etc.)

Removing snow and ice from sidewalks

Respond and assist with all administrative requests that his immediate superior may entrust to him

Respond to customer service requests

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience

Has tools

Customer service experiences

Must have valid Private Security Bureau -BSP license (requirement)
