Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive and innovative technology solutions that align with client business objectives and requirements.

Lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Provide expert advice to clients, offering strategic guidance and actionable insights to address their business challenges.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert in specific technology domains, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, participating in business development activities and proposal development.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including developers, business analysts, and project managers—to deliver integrated solutions.

Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documentation, including design specifications, technical requirements, and implementation plans.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and present discoveries to program leadership and stakeholders.

Actively engage and support Capco technology team members.

Contribute to Capco’s thought‑leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

12+ years’ experience developing overall solution architecture, including delivery, applications, services, integrations, infrastructure viewpoints.

Experience leading technology projects and delivering complex solutions, ideally in Insurance and Financial Services.

Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and provide strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Experience in business development activities (asset).

Ability to defend solution options and discuss technical strategies to optimize solutions.

Excellent people skills, able to lead by example and motivate team members.

Strategic thinking and tactical execution.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while following best practices and company processes.
