Design and develop automation tools to streamline workflows Implement AI-driven solutions to enable capacity savings Debug and resolve complex code issues across multiple systems Collaborate with teams to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructure Mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices Evaluate emerging technologies for potential implementation Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical challenges What do you need to succeed?

Must Have 5+ years of software development experience Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to build automation tools Passion for learning and adopting new technologies Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Background in financial services technology What’s in it for you?
