Graphic Designer - Maternity leave replacement

We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and graphic design to fill a maternity leave replacement position.

Your role? Design impactful visuals, play with trends, and bring our collections to life through bold communication tools. You’ll also be part of the action during photoshoots by collaborating on artistic direction. In short, a perfect blend of design, creativity, and glamour.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Design and prepare, in the required formats, visuals for brand campaigns, promotional and media campaigns, customer newsletters, website visuals, etc.;

Research concepts for in-store window displays;

Create a seasonal identity combining chic, trend, and innovation (newsletter templates, window display concepts, etc.) and ensure its execution;

Determine specifications with printers for certain tools (printing types, formats, paper types, inks, varnishes, and specialty finishes, etc.) and meet printing requirements;

Art Direction

Ensure artistic direction and develop graphic concepts using mockups for all marketing channels, from ideation to creation;

Lead ideation, trend research, inspiration gathering, and moodboard creation;

Oversee updates to the brand’s visual identity and brand guidelines;

Create and update various Tristan-branded items (bags, boxes, gift cards, labels, presentation templates, etc.);

Ensure brand guidelines are respected during photo and video shoots;

Attend and approve photos during e-commerce shoots (4 to 5 days per month);

Research and propose models and locations for brand campaigns, in close collaboration with external teams, while ensuring internal team approval.

Profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design in a fashion-related field;

You are a good person who values a respectful, positive, and balanced work environment;

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design;

Creative and innovative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics;

Stay up to date with trends in graphic design and brand campaigns;

Web design skills (UX and UI);

Excellent proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;

Technical knowledge of photography and lighting (an asset).
