About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who will own the onboarding funnel end-to-end and design product-led growth programs that drive acquisition efficiency, activation, and retention. You’ll be responsible for managing and tracking growth funnels, running experiments, and working cross-functionally to turn insights into scalable product improvements.
This role will own the end-to-end growth engine, from user acquisition and merchant offer discovery to conversion, retention, and membership monetization.

Growth Lead to
lead the next phase of Snaplii’s marketplace and transaction growth.
You will lead the design of growth systems, membership programs, and gamified engagement experiences to accelerate GMV and user lifetime value, while building scalable acquisition and retention engines.
What You’ll Do
User Acquisition & Referral Growth
Own user acquisition and referral growth across key entry points. This includes onboarding optimization, referral programs, viral sharing mechanics, and gifting use cases. Design and scale cashback-led incentives and invite campaigns, build repeatable growth loops, and optimize CAC through testing, performance channels, and subsidy strategies.
Own the overall shopping journey across cashback offers and local merchants. This includes how users search, browse, and find offers — such as search experience, offer and merchant listing pages, nearby merchants, and personalized ranking. Continuously optimize how offers are surfaced and displayed to improve conversion from discovery to gift card purchase and in-store spend.
Membership and Loyalty Systems
Own the design and optimization of membership and loyalty programs. This includes membership tier structure, benefits and perks design, cashback multipliers, and exclusive member offers. Build mechanics such as missions and spend challenges to increase engagement, purchase frequency, and retention while growing membership revenue and ARPU.
Retention, Lifecycle & AI Automation
Own retention and lifecycle engagement, leveraging AI and automation to improve repeat purchase and user experience. This includes automated marketing triggers, personalized offer pushes, AI customer support, and recommendation systems to drive engagement and gift card sales.
Requirements
3–6 years of Product Management experience with a focus on growth in consumer platforms or marketplace businesses.
Experience working on local commerce platforms or merchant service marketplaces is highly preferred.
Proven track record of driving GMV growth, transaction volume, and product/category performance through product and growth initiatives.
Hands-on ownership of growth systems, including onboarding optimization, referral & viral growth, and conversion funnel improvement.
Familiar with personalized recommendation, ranking, and offer merchandising to improve discovery and purchase conversion.
Strong analytical skillset, comfortable owning business metrics and running data-driven experiments.
Ownership mindset and able to operate independently in fast-paced environments and deliver measurable commercial impact.
