Our client, a large Financial Institution, is seeking an experienced

Director, Finance

to lead the build‑out and processes under a strong governance and control framework. This newly created role will play a key part in consolidating and overseeing all regulatory reporting deliverables including OSFI, IIROC, and other financial regulatory filings across the bank's Canadian entities. You will be responsible for managing the BAU preparation of regulatory statements, supporting regulatory change initiatives, and implementing best‑in‑class controls. This is a high‑impact leadership role with a strong emphasis on controls, governance, and regulatory transformation. The Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a newly created team responsible for the bank's consolidated regulatory reporting requirements Oversee the preparation and review of routine regulatory filings including OSFI, IIROC, and other applicable requirements Partner with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Design, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and governance structures across regulatory reporting processes To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications
