Responsibilities
Lead the Finance organization, developing a strong culture, high operating standards, and providing direction for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics for the Executive team; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting and implementation of budgets, monitor progress, and present operational metrics.
Monitor operating costs, identify areas for cost efficiency, and implement innovative solutions.
Develop plans for revenue growth and optimization.
Create procedures, controls, and systems to collect and provide necessary financial data in accordance with company standards.
Lead M&A‑related initiatives, managing acquisition and integration processes.
Oversee all facets of tax planning and management, ensuring compliance on all global tax filings.
Act as the company representative in managing relationships with external banks, financial institutions, and other parties.
Lead the IT department, ensuring technology strategy and security align with business and financial objectives; oversee IT budget, investment decisions, and risk management.
Lead other strategic projects, including system implementations as decided by the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in a senior finance role with at least 8 years as CFO.
Proven success in B2B SaaS, PLG models, and multi‑product global environments, ideally with $80M+ ARR.
Strong experience in scaling finance operations in high‑growth, global settings (multi‑entity, FX, transfer pricing).
Expertise in building scalable financial systems, automation, and AI‑driven processes.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
Proven record of partnership in business financing (equity, debt, etc.).
CPA required.
Ability to align key stakeholders toward a common goal, drive results, and facilitate change.
Advanced proficiency in financial software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for incorporating AI into software platforms and everyday workloads to improve automation and efficiency.
