Vice President, Head of Investment Products
iA Wealth is a premier wealth management partner of entrepreneurial ‑ minded independent advisors. iA Wealth’s operations consist of three independent distribution networks: Investia (a mutual fund and exchange ‑ traded fund dealer), iA Private Wealth (a full ‑ service investment dealer), and Richardson Wealth (a leading Canadian full‑service investment dealer operating as a distinct brand following its acquisition by iA Financial). These networks are complemented by affiliate manufacturing partners iA Clarington (iAC), a mid ‑ tier mutual fund manufacturer, and iA Capital Markets (iACM), a mid ‑ tier provider of retail services and solutions. Together, IA Wealth comprises of over 2,400 advisors across its three dealer platforms and more than $200B in combined AUA/AUM.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As the
VP & Head, Investment Products, Solutions and Capital Markets, IA Wealth , the incumbent will spearhead the development and stewardship of iA’s Wealth’s comprehensive products and solutions portfolio, ensuring maximal value generation for our clientele, advisors, and the organization.
As a member of the iA Wealth Executive leadership team, the
VP & Head, Investment Products, Solutions and Capital Markets
will oversee over $200B in AUA/AUM and will have the responsibility to contribute to the growth and success of the division by ensuring having a visible positive impact and driving results achieved through a holistic strategy of product, platform, portfolio construction, and practice management to provide a comprehensive wealth management solution for our advisors and clients, and the enhancement of product profitability across all distribution channels.
The Mandate
Reporting directly to the
Executive Vice-President of iA Wealth,
the role will have direct responsibility of the oversight, development, profitability, performance, and growth of the iA Wealth Asset Management, Product & Platform strategy. Under this leadership, our asset management capabilities are recognized by both affiliate and external advisors as bringing unique and value‑added solutions to the marketplace.

will be leading a team of professionals that will play a pivotal role in shaping the investment product landscape within our wealth management firm to support Investia, iA Private Wealth, Richardson Wealth and Capital Market & iA Clarington strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead of Platform Management:

Lead of Program and Partner Strategy:
iA Wealth strategic partnerships through iAC’s and iAGAM’s strategic partnerships with sub‑advisors
drive consistent non‑grid revenue through differentiated solutions, with a focus on maximizing asset‑based fees and non‑grid revenues
UMA/SMA program infrastructure
competitive intelligence, etc.
Lead of the Investment Product Research & Oversight:
curate the product shelf strategically, providing oversight on partner relationships
offers a complete range of options featuring managed account solutions, traditional and alternative investments, private placements, and a suite of proprietary and third‑party solutions

Lead of the Investment Product Management:
responsible for the overall success of their products, which requires ongoing analysis and optimization. This includes tracking performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making adjustments to ensure that the products continue to meet client needs and generate strong returns.

Have a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, as well as the ability to identify and analyze market trends.

Portfolio Construction:
offer value‑added portfolio construction support to affiliate advisors, earning greater adoption of its solutions both within and outside of the UMA
support to design bespoke solutions tailored to our clients’ needs or opt for any of our expertly constructed portfolios
oversee a diverse range of investment products & investment platforms, including but not limited to Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs, PPNs, UMA & iAC Product Management, distributed through our affiliates and non‑affiliates
ensure these products are profitable, performing and strategically aligned with our business objectives
Work closely with key stakeholders within the organization to drive efficiency and cross‑collaboration:
executive alignment: Work closely with executive business leads and front‑end selling organizations to understand product needs and design effective solutions
functional excellence: ensure seamless product development, system support, compliance, and service delivery
Execution and Innovation:
track record: Demonstrate a proven track record in executing successful product & platform development initiatives
stakeholder alignment: Align internal and external stakeholders, including management, board members, finance, operations, sales, compliance teams, legal counsel, investment managers, and investment bankers
industry research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive analysis. Seek out and develop new product & platform opportunities
Qualifications
Strong visionary with a clear vision for organization product portfolio and be responsible for critical decision related to product development, pricing and market positioning and decision‑making skills
15 plus years related industry experience in leading asset management, products, and platforms initiatives. Strong business acumen
Have a deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of stakeholders, including senior executives, financial advisors, and clients.
Senior Leadership skills with the ability to manage a strong team
Professional understanding of investment management
Excellent Stakeholder alignment and Engagement
Act as Spokesperson on behalf of Wealth
Strategic Partnership and Vendor relations
Advanced knowledge of both French and English is preferred
University Degree ; CFA completed is an asset
