North York/ Toronto (2 days in office/ 3 days remote)

Duration:

6-Month Contract, Potential for Extension

About The Role We are looking for a Vendor Management Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our third‑party suppliers. In this role, you’ll help maintain strong vendor relationships, support contract execution, drive financial and operational governance, and ensure compliance with TPRM and Procurement frameworks.

What You’ll Do

Support onboarding, due diligence coordination, contract setup, renewals, and offboarding activities.

Assist with reviewing vendor agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, Quotes) and coordinating updates through internal approval workflows.

Track vendors spend, contract utilization, invoice discrepancies, and renewal timelines to support cost optimization and governance.

Act as a day‑to‑day contact for vendor inquiries related to contracts, pricing, timelines, or operational requirements.

Maintain accurate vendor and contract data in internal systems and prepare routine dashboards and reports.

Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, Privacy, Security, and other stakeholders to support risk assessments, approvals, and contractual requirements.

Ensure all vendor activities comply with TPRM, Procurement, and data protection policies.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process documentation and team knowledge tools.

What You Bring

3-4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contract administration, or related fields.

Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle processes, contract documentation, and financial controls.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines.

Strong communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills.

Proficiency with Excel, contract management tools, procurement platforms, or workflow tools

Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting TPRM, compliance, or risk assessments.

Exposure to IT, SaaS, or professional services vendor categories.

Familiarity with procurement policies, purchase orders, and invoice processes.
