Overview Amazon’s Payment Acceptance and Experience organization is seeking a product leader who is passionate about building consumer products that deliver value to our customers. In this role, you will be building the core payments technology that powers Amazon's worldwide businesses. Payments is a deep and complex area at Amazon that will require you to dive deep on how worldwide customers prefer to pay for goods and services and translate those requirements to core services teams to develop systems that scale to billions of customers. You will be responsible for designing, managing and optimizing the foundation which enables every customer to purchase on Amazon.

Responsibilities

Own product vision and strategy and the long-term roadmap for improving the client onboarding experience for developers and internal clients at Amazon who use payments technology to drive their business.

Design, manage and optimize the foundation that enables purchases on Amazon; own the onboarding experience for developers and internal clients.

Collaborate with partner teams to enable new solutions and channels across web, mobile, and new commerce channels.

Engage with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders up to senior levels to understand pain points and invent new solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to improve health and well-being.
