Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Final Inspection (FI) process – RF/DC testing of wafer

Responsible for maintaining FI performance and to improve process quality, yield, and reliability

Responsible for creating or maintaining current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)

Spearhead continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and yield loss

Establish work procedures, corrective actions, and preventions

Analyse low yield or testing issue and feedback to relevant process

Provide support to improve operations team and technician skillset

Provide support to operations team and technician during non-office hours to resolve any testing related issue

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or any other engineering discipline

Preferably 3 years of experience in testing in semiconductor manufacturing

Experience in working on wafer level e-Test will be an added advantage

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency

Meticulous, keen attention to details and organized

Proficient in computing languages and statistical analysis tools (e.g. JMP)
