Genesys Cloud WFM Implementation Consultant

role and would appreciate your assistance in sourcing candidates who meet the attached requirements. The position is a

supporting a Canadian customer environment. Candidates must meet the residency and security requirements outlined in the attached document. In particular, the resource must: Be a

Canadian citizen currently residing in Canada Have been an

established Canadian resident for at least 10 years Hold an

active Level 1 Federal Security Clearance

(or be eligible for sponsorship depending on customer approval) From a technical perspective, we are looking for someone with

strong hands‑on Genesys Cloud Workforce Management implementation experience , including: Business Unit and Management Unit configuration WFM forecasting and schedule optimization Activity code configuration and work pattern design Shrinkage modeling and omnichannel workforce planning WFM reporting, analytics, and adherence monitoring Supporting go‑live readiness and post‑implementation operations
