The Role As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll help design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our internal teams and business growth. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to scalable architecture, and be part of a company where your impact is visible and valued.

What You'll Be Doing

Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Integrate Salesforce with third‑party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, etc.).

Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions.

Participate in Agile sprints, support QA/UAT testing, and help drive technical best practices.

What You Bring

5+ years of Salesforce development experience

Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Familiarity with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules

Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar)

Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.)

Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies

Good written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)

Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Required to have a Canadian passport or a valid US visitor visa to enter the US and attend meetings.
