Base pay range
CA$125,000.00/yr - CA$156,000.00/yr
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX
As the Senior Product Manager, Omnichannel Platform, you will be accountable for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Omnichannel Platform, allowing engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class set of platform services to enable international retail at scale.
Your responsibilities include steering the strategic product roadmap from discovery, design, delivery, and support. You leverage your industry leading skills and experience in Retail Platform capability development to continuously enhance our ability to operate internationally at scale.
You will be responsible for the platform’s lifecycle from cradle to grave and will actively participate in shaping the vision and strategy of it. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the platform that all developers at Arc’teryx use.

The Omnichannel team serves business services and underlying integration platforms globally for Arc’teryx with both local and remote team members. Collaboratively, we drive new platform development to meet business demands with unmatched speed and flexibility.
Core Activities
Deliver end-to-end product lifecycle of platform services owned by Omni Channel Platform.
Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and own the communication of the strategic vision while aligning technology product strategy to company goals and vision.
Build strong partnerships with business product owners and sponsors to understand, empathize, and create a compelling vision and strategic 1-3 year roadmap for the platform.
Help build the discipline of Product Management, coach other Product Managers and actively participate in our internal Product community.
Own the intake process for work brought into the platform, using this process to communicate request status, priority, and capacity.
Partner with the Director of Engineering to define and track the budget and resources for the platform, optimizing efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. Work with business owners to input investment needs for business cases to justify product initiatives to senior stakeholders.
Ensure alignment across all initiatives within the product roadmap and cross‑functionally, removing impediments.
Report product roadmap status regularly to business partner steering committees, escalating risks and issues, and providing mitigation recommendations.
Support technology senior leaders in achieving the product portfolio’s strategic goals.
Be a key contributor to the processes we use to plan, schedule, report and communicate what we do.
Future Projects
Deliver the entire Omni Channel Platform team vision & strategy.
Lead strategic planning sessions with business stakeholders to understand the long‑term business objectives and technology requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or post‑secondary education in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a technical environment.
3+ years’ professional experience in software development or developer tools.
2+ years of experience working with APIs, cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Redis, NoSQL databases, and backend server technology.
Strong experience in a technical environment.
Demonstrated success working in an agile methodology.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of stakeholders.
Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
Exceptional ability to collaborate and contribute as a team player.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple, competing priorities.
Experience managing budgets and resources for product portfolios.
Excellent time‑management skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines.
