Role Summary As a Senior Manager in the Banking Consulting practice, you will focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry. You will lead engagements that modernize the end‑to‑end wholesale credit lifecycle, from sales and origination to fulfillment and portfolio monitoring.

Responsibilities

Re‑imagine world‑class operating models for wholesale credit institutions.

Deliver wholesale credit systems implementation engagements, including requirements, design, test and deployment.

Develop world‑class solutions for banking institutions.

Act as a trusted advisor for senior executives solving critical business problems.

Define client business and technology strategy.

Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms.

Manage all project phases: planning, budgeting, deliverables and risk assessment.

Source and coordinate internal workforces.

Develop next‑generation wholesale credit technology offerings.

Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.

Build reputation as an industry thought leader.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional services experience in technology or management consulting, with broad engagement management and business development experience.

Demonstrated experience leading engagements and managing resources on complex nCino transformation programs.

Ability to originate within the Canadian Financial Services market.

A university degree.

Strong English communication skills; work with stakeholders across Canada, United States and other regions.

Bonus Points

French speaking is preferred.

nCino/Salesforce certification and expertise.

Advanced degree or financial industry certification.

Strong leadership presence in the Canadian Financial Services market.

Banking industry and/or system certifications.

Travel will be required as needed for client work.
