We are hiring a Partnerships Associate to support both: BWA’s business development and growth initiatives Sponsorship and partnership sales efforts executed on behalf of client properties This is a high exposure, execution focused role that combines outbound business development, presentation creation, commercial analysis, and client support. The position is structured as a development platform within the firm. The successful candidate will be trained across all core aspects of the business, including sales, strategic analysis, client management, and negotiation. This role is ideal for an ambitious early career professional seeking to build long term expertise in sport, entertainment, sponsorship, and commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Meeting Generation Identify and research prospective clients, partners, and sponsors Execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior leadership Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting Support follow up and opportunity progression Sponsorship and Partnership Sales Support

Assist in the development and execution of sponsorship sales strategies Identify and prioritize target brands and commercial prospects Support the creation of tailored partnership proposals Contribute to commercial discussions and negotiation preparation Coordinate materials and communications throughout the sales cycle Internal & External Presentation Development

Strong visual storytelling capability is essential. Develop external pitch decks for prospective clients and sponsors Create sponsorship presentations for client properties Produce internal strategy, research, and analytical presentations Design proposals, one pagers, and commercial materials Ensure all outputs reflect a high standard of structure, clarity, and design Working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools mandatory Analysis & Strategic Support

Conduct market research across sport, entertainment, and cultural sectors Support sponsorship valuation, benchmarking, and commercial analysis Prepare briefing materials ahead of key meetings Assist in synthesizing insights into client ready deliverables Training & Development

This role is intentionally structured to provide broad exposure across the firm. The Partnerships Associate will receive hands on mentorship and experience in: Business development and revenue generation Sponsorship structuring and partnership strategy Commercial analysis and advisory support Client relationship management Negotiation processes High performers will progressively assume greater responsibility across client accounts and commercial initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sponsorship sales, consulting, marketing, or a related commercial role Strong PowerPoint skills with refined design sensibility Demonstrated ability to create polished, executive level presentations Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and structured thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Interest or experience in sport, entertainment, media, or sponsorship strongly preferred Ambitious, coachable, and motivated to grow within a high performance environment What Success Looks Like
