The Opportunity
Build the Future With Us – This two‑year rotational opportunity is designed for an accomplished Lead Scheduler / Planner who excels in complex, multi‑phase industrial and mining execution environments. Working on a 2‑weeks‑on / 2‑weeks‑off rotation in a remote Northern Location, you will take a leading role in shaping, governing, and optimizing integrated schedules that drive alignment, risk‑based decision‑making, and execution excellence. This is a high‑impact scheduling leadership role where your expertise directly strengthens planning discipline, field readiness, and overall program performance.
Your Impact
Develop, maintain, and govern integrated Primavera P6 project schedules covering multi‑phase execution activities.
Maintain schedule integrity, logic, baselines, and change control in alignment with established Project Controls standards.
Integrate contractor, consultant, and execution team schedules into a consolidated master schedule.
Support weekly and monthly schedule reporting, including progress updates, variance analysis, critical‑path review, and look‑ahead planning.
Analyze schedule risks, identify schedule impacts due to changes, and proactively communicate risks and mitigation strategies.
Support alignment between cost, schedule, and scope to enable effective performance measurement.
Provide subject matter expertise on planning, scheduling, and work sequencing to project stakeholders.
Participate in Project Controls, planning, and execution meetings, and support knowledge transfer and mentoring as required.
The Skills That Set You Apart
8 to 12 years of progressive planning and scheduling experience in large industrial, mining, or major infrastructure execution environments.
Advanced proficiency using Primavera P6, with strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, risk, and change management principles.
Background in engineering or technologist disciplines is considered an asset.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, integrated schedules across multiple teams and work fronts.
Skilled in analyzing schedule impacts, identifying risks, and communicating actionable insights.
Comfortable working in rotational, field‑focused execution environments.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $63.00 to $83.50
MB & ON: $57.50 to $79.20
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $56.90 to $75.60
