Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Developer (C# / .NET Web Developer) to join our growing technology team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in C# and .NET web development, while also being open to candidates with solid backend development experience in other modern languages.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that support business-critical applications. Working closely with frontend developers, QA, product, and DevOps teams, you will help deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

This is a hybrid role suited for someone who enjoys both independent problem-solving and collaborative development in a modern cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases

Develop web-based applications using C# and .NET technologies

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third‑party platforms

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency

Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless system functionality

Work closely with DevOps to support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability

Contribute to system architecture and technical decision‑making

Follow secure coding practices and data protection standards

Qualifications Required

2–4 years of experience in backend software development

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Strong experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8+)

OR

experience with other backend languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with willingness to transition to C#/.NET

Experience building RESTful APIs

Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Proficiency with version control (Git)

Familiarity with unit and integration testing

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

Preferred

Experience with

AWS (preferred)

or other cloud platforms

Experience with Docker and containerization

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code

Exposure to microservices or distributed system architecture

Experience in manufacturing, ERP, IoT, or SaaS environments
