Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and adherence to company policies. Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising. Team Management

Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Schedule shifts and manage payroll, ensuring optimal staffing levels. Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer service. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and conduct regular audits to minimize loss. Analyze sales reports, set performance goals, and implement strategies to achieve targets. Administrative Duties

Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staffing for senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Requirements
