Junior Lawyer

Our client, a growing law firm located in Burlington, Ontario is looking to add two Junior Lawyers to its team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide representation in commercial litigation matters.

Draft legal documents including pleadings and briefs.

Conduct legal research using tools such as CanLII and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development.

Communicat effectively with clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be a member in good standing with the LSO.

2-4 years of experience practicing law in the province of Ontario.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal documents and statutes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and communication.
