Job Description

This is a pivotal opportunity to shape our digital marketing transformation by evolving Adobe Workfront into a central orchestration platform for the Manulife Wealth & Asset Management Marketing team. As Lead, Adobe Workfront & Marketing Platform Integrations, you’ll drive connected, data‑driven experiences, contributing directly to our mission of modernising marketing operations. You’ll gain exposure to cutting‑edge MarTech systems, collaborate across teams, and play a key role in enabling automation and measurable business impact.

Position Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for Workfront, Workfront Planning, and Fusion within the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.

Lead the design and activation of integrations between Workfront and AEP applications (CDP, Analytics, AJO/Marketo, Target, AEM Cloud).

Champion the adoption of Workfront Fusion for workflow automation and efficiency.

Own the backlog for Workfront and Fusion, including new features, automation, and technical debt remediation.

Establish governance frameworks for Workfront (roles, permissions, templates, naming conventions, version control).

Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor utilisation, automation impact, and platform health.

Ensure compliance with data, privacy, and security standards across integrated systems.

Partner with Marketing, Strategy, IT, and Data teams to define business requirements and prioritise enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5–8 years’ experience in MarTech product ownership, marketing operations, or digital platform management, ideally in a large enterprise.

Hands‑on experience managing Workfront or equivalent project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) configuration, automation, and governance.

Experience integrating Workfront with AEP tools (Analytics, AJO/Marketo, AEM, Target) or similar marketing automation and content platforms.

Experience working within agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

Workfront Fusion certification or Adobe Workfront Core Developer/Administrator certification.

Adobe Experience Cloud or MarTech ecosystem experience.

Agile product management experience (Jira, Aha!, or similar).

Strong understanding of API‑based integrations, data flows, and automation design.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Referenced Salary Location Toronto, Ontario

Working Arrangement ハイブリッド勤務

Salary range is expected to be between $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
