Managing Consultant, SuccessFactors LMS

Your role and responsibilities IBM’s SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for new members to help us drive this growth. As a SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Managing Consultant, you will work with our clients and lead them in the implementation of their SF LMS module. This will include activates such as: assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF. You will be responsible for shaping the future HR processes of our top national and international clients. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. You will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. You will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.

Required technical and professional expertise Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience in at least two (2), end-to-end, SuccessFactors LMS implementations

SAP SuccessFactors LMS Associate Certification

Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week

Preferred technical and professional experience Nice to have Qualifications:

SAP SuccessFactors LMS Professional Certification

Implementation experience and certification in other SF modules

Fluency in French
