And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.

As part of EY’s focus on the people agenda of organizations and change initiatives, our People Consulting professionals assist our clients in successfully managing and sustaining people, process and/or technology change. This may include the identification and management of stakeholders, leadership development, organizational design, training, cultural assessment and development, talent management, workforce strategies, and planning and executing key communications.

The Opportunity We are seeking a Manager for our People Consulting practice. In joining our team, you will gain valuable experiences and a wealth of knowledge by working across various capabilities, service offerings and industries. Working in multidisciplinary teams, and directly with leaders of major organizations, you will bring diverse perspectives to every challenge. We are uniquely and strategically positioned to advise leaders in the face of increasing disruptions, an ever‑changing workforce, and evolving business landscape. Whether your passion is devising and driving large‑scale change strategies, organizational design or transforming HR organizations, you will find an environment that is innovative, cultivates purpose, and thrives on collaboration. We will help you achieve your potential by supporting your professional development and by providing you with leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Our approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from assessment through to implementation. You’ll lead large‑scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients. You’ll also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges, from how to best structure teams to deliver on the organization’s strategy to how the organization’s structure can allow for more agile ways of working.

Lead project workstreams from planning through implementation – including managing project resources and budgets effectively, and identifying and mitigating any risks and issues.

Understand how organizational design, strategic workforce planning and change management serve as integral components of transformational initiatives focused on accelerating business performance.

Demonstrate technical competence in our key capabilities and take a practical, business‑driven approach to solving complex client challenges.

Contribute to generating profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.

Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives and/or decisions.

Encourage and facilitate collaboration among team members and promote an inclusive working environment.

Understand human resources opportunities, challenges and issues in at least one of the sectors we serve (e.g., Oil & Gas, Health, Telecommunications, Power & Utilities, Insurance, Media & Entertainment).

Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients.

Passionate about advancing the PAS practice by leading the development of thought leadership and EY approaches, tools and methodologies in organization design.

Coach and develop teams and colleagues, and act as a visible role model for our people.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

Relevant professional service experience with a global management consultancy firm, or niche consultancy, that exposed you to large‑scale projects.

At least 4+ years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, and Governance, with a proven track record in current roles.

Experience leading org. design engagements in one or more of the following functional domains – supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing – and working in large, multidisciplinary teams as part of enterprise‑wide transformation engagements.

Proven track record in managing and analysing large datasets and using analytics in project execution. Deep expertise in engaging clients around digital assets in org. design projects.

A primary degree and relevant postgraduate qualification.

Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.
