Job Description
Monitor and manage the TRIRIGA Helpdesk mailbox, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries and issues.
Coordinate with business partners, technology teams, and vendors to resolve TRIRIGA-related incidents and requests.
Maintain documentation and reporting related to TRIRIGA support activities.
Identify and escalate risks or recurring issues related to TRIRIGA to the appropriate stakeholders.
Required Experience
5+ years of relevant experience
in business application management, ideally with exposure to TRIRIGA or similar enterprise applications.
Demonstrated experience supporting TRIRIGA or similar facilities management applications.
Advanced knowledge of project delivery life cycle (PDLC) methodology, business testing, and project management.
Experience managing shared mailboxes or helpdesk functions.
