Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities

Create and modify code and software Create and modify screens and reports Gather and analyze data for the conduct of studies to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems, and for the development of functional and system design specifications Design methods and procedures for small computer systems, and sub-system of larger systems Develop, test and implement small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems Produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for systems and/or applications Collaborate with business analysts and project leads to understand functional requirements and document technical specifications. Develop and configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules for R4 and R5 streams. Implement Power Automate flows and other Power Platform customizations as required. Build, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for automated solution deployment. Deploy CRM solutions to QA, UAT, and PROD environments, ensuring proper release documentation and minimal business disruption. Assist with system integrations, data migration, and validation between environments to ensure data integrity. Support unit testing, QA, and UAT activities; identify and resolve functional and technical issues. Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and provide knowledge transfer to NRC staff for sustainability.
