Our client is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, licensed to practice in Ontario and willing to get their Alberta License, who wants more than files and billable hours. This is a rare opportunity to help design the future of real estate legal services, shape scalable processes, and play a hands‑on role in onboarding and supporting a growing network of lawyers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling real estate transactions with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency

Helping design, refine, and improve legal workflows and processes

Supporting the onboarding and integration of a network of real estate lawyers

Collaborating closely with law clerks, operations, and product teams

Acting as a legal and practical sounding board as the platform grows

Bringing an ownership mindset to everything you touch

What We’re Looking For

Licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

3+ years of hands‑on real estate law experience

Comfort working in a non-traditional, fast-moving environment

An entrepreneurial, disrupter mindset—you see inefficiencies and want to fix them

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally

Someone energized by building, not just maintaining
