This is a Senior Lead Planner role focused on performance analysis, schedule governance, and delivery predictability rather than purely scheduling or administrative planning activities. The role directly supports project delivery performance, commercial awareness, and successful project outcomes.
The Senior Lead Planner will act as a project controls advisor supporting project leadership, forecasting accuracy, and multidisciplinary project coordination, while supporting strategic project delivery performance, including commercial and contractual awareness.
You will gain exposure to project governance, performance reporting, commercial interfaces, and advanced planning analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Planning & Schedule Governance
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for rail and transit infrastructure projects.
Maintain baseline controls aligned with project scope and contract requirements.
Ensure schedule logic alignment across design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
Maintain planning governance standards and ensure consistency of scheduling methodologies across project contributors.
Performance Analytics, Forecasting & Predictive Planning
Develop schedule forecasting models and performance indicators.
Conduct scenario planning and risk-informed scheduling analysis.
Provide early identification of schedule risks and deviations.
Support the use of digital project controls tools and data-driven planning methodologies to enhance forecasting and reporting accuracy.
Change Management, Delay Analysis & Commercial Support
Support delay impact assessments and change management evaluations.
Collaborate with project controls, contract, and risk management teams.
Stakeholder, Client & Governance Support
Prepare and present schedule performance reports.
Support client and governance meetings.
Translate technical planning data into clear performance narratives.
Cross-Functional Delivery Integration
Coordinate planning information across engineering, cost, and management teams.
Role Qualifications
Engineering degree (Civil Engineering preferred).
10–15 years planning experience in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
Rail and transit project experience is mandatory.
Advanced experience with Primavera P6 and TILOS.
Advanced Excel skills.
English required; French and Spanish are assets but not mandatory.
