Job Description
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects related to aluminium works, curtain walls, and windows. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for aluminium, curtain wall, and window installations.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements.
Ensure material procurement and logistics are efficiently planned.
Team Management & Coordination
Lead project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
Facilitate regular progress meetings and reports to stakeholders.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure all works comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and safety practices.
Implement corrective actions for any deviations or quality issues.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
Prepare financial reports, change orders, and progress billing.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery or costs.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
Address client concerns and ensure timely communication and updates.
Provide technical advice on aluminium, curtain wall, and window systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Diploa in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably with aluminium, curtain walls, or window systems.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with façade and glazing systems.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
Knowledge of local building regulations and code compliance.
