Strong knowledge of QA processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, estimation and defect management. Plan, create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts based on complex requirement documents and business needs. Test across Mainframe components (Batch, Online & Database). Utilize tools such as File-Aid, File Manager, Star, etc. Collaborate with stakeholders using JIRA, Confluence, and Client ALM for test case management, defect management, and test reporting. Execute test cases (manual and automated), document test results, raise defects, and participate in defect triage and Scrum sessions. Develop and maintain automated test suites; work with UFT automation tool where applicable. Work with banking domain experience (preferably Lending domain). Ensure coverage through end-to-end tracking of issues and strong stakeholder communication. Qualifications

Experience with testing methodologies (waterfall, iterative, Agile) and design techniques. Hands-on experience with ALM, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience with DB2 SQL (joins, conditions, aggregations) and mainframe testing. Experience with banking domain testing; strong analytical skills; quick learner; self-motivated. Additional Details
